Torch on is a system used on concrete roofs and decks. Torch on waterproofing is the ideal solution for your flat and low sloped roofs. The torch-on membranes have an underside which has been pre-treated with a covering of thermo fusible bitumen. This covering is then heated with a propane gas torch and the membrane is applied to the surface of the roof while the bitumen is still hot. These membranes will then provide complete waterproofing protection for concrete roof decks. It is highly resistant to damage from the weather, debris, animals, and rot. It can last up to 10 years.
